Tough day to Combe Martin.

One of the hard stretches today the highest hill on the path with exciting narrow cliff paths. Perfect weather sunshine, clear blue sky, and a cool sea breeze. Loads of butterflies, swifts, harriers, not come across an adder yet. Tough day and well worth the effort to be up here. Just marvellous. Nature in the raw.

Difficult stoney paths, very steep in places, and wouldn’t like to do it in the rain. Ran out of water just before the highest hill. Hot, dry, and tired . So I went head dipping in the stream and topped up my water container. It tasted gorgeous unlike tap water this hasn’t gone round three times. Cold, fresh, and tasty.
